Doli incapax

The Doli incapax Working Group aims to promote the consistent application of the presumption of doli incapax in NSW. Its objectives include identifying measures in the exercise of police discretion about whether to proceed against a child under 14 years, and in the application of doli incapax in courts across NSW, as well as identifying protocols about obtaining evidence to rebut doli incapax.
